Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 October 2026
These terms are the rules for using Accster (accster.com), a marketplace where independent shops sell digital accounts and buyers purchase them with buyer protection. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Who can use Accster
You must be at least 18 years old and able to make a binding agreement. You are responsible for keeping your login private and for everything done with your account.
How the marketplace works
Listings are created by independent sellers. Accster provides the platform, the wallet and buyer protection, but is not the original owner of the accounts listed by other shops.
Prices are shown in USDT. Your wallet is topped up with the payment methods shown on the site; a top-up is added after it is checked.
Buyer protection and refunds
Payments are held until the protection period after delivery ends. If an account does not work as described, open a dispute from your order within that period. Replacements and refunds follow the Refund Policy.
Rules for sellers
- Only list accounts you have the right to sell, and describe them honestly (age, followers, email access, 2FA, country).
- Deliver what you listed, on time, and answer buyers and disputes promptly.
- Do not list stolen, hacked or fraudulently obtained accounts, or anything illegal.
- Shop opening fees, if any, are shown before you pay. Earnings are paid to your wallet after the protection period and can be withdrawn under the limits shown.
Things not allowed
- Fraud, chargeback abuse, fake disputes or fake reviews.
- Taking deals outside Accster to avoid fees or protection.
- Using purchased accounts for spam, scams, harassment or anything illegal.
- Trying to break, overload or get around the security of the site.
Third-party platforms
Accounts sold on Accster belong to third-party services (such as social networks, email providers or games) that have their own terms. You are responsible for using any account in line with those terms and the law. Accster is not affiliated with these services.
Suspension
We may hide listings, hold balances under review, or suspend accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk.
Liability
Accster is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party platforms, such as a service changing its rules or restricting an account.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use Accster means you accept the updated terms.
