Privacy Policy
Last updated: 19 October 2026
This policy explains what information Accster (accster.com) collects when you use the marketplace, why we need it, and the choices you have. We only collect what is needed to run the site, and we never sell your personal information.
Information we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google.
- Orders and wallet: the listings you buy or sell, your wallet balance, top-ups and withdrawals, including the transaction ID (TXID) and payment screenshot you upload as proof.
- Shop details for sellers: shop name, logo, description and contact handle.
- Messages: chats between buyers and sellers, dispute messages and live support chats, so problems can be solved and reviewed.
- Technical data: basic information your browser sends (such as device type and pages visited) and data stored in your browser to keep you signed in and remember saved items.
How we use it
- To create your account, sign you in and keep it secure.
- To process orders, deliver purchased accounts, hold payments under buyer protection and handle refunds and disputes.
- To check top-ups and withdrawals and prevent fraud.
- To send service emails, such as order updates, password resets and replies to your support requests.
- To improve the site and fix problems.
Who can see your information
Sellers see the details needed to complete your order (for example your display name and the order). Buyers see a seller’s shop details. Accster staff can see orders, chats and disputes to provide support and keep the marketplace safe.
We use trusted service providers to run the site — hosting, email delivery and Google Sign-In — and they only process data to provide those services. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we only share it with authorities when the law requires it.
Google user data
If you sign in with Google, we only use your basic profile (name, email and picture) to create and sign in to your Accster account.
Accster’s own content tools may connect to Accster’s own Blogger account to publish articles on the Accster blog. That access is used only for publishing Accster’s posts and is never used to read or share anyone else’s data.
Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Cookies and browser storage
We use browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your theme and saved listings, and keep your cart and guest orders on your device. We do not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep account, order and wallet records while your account is open and for as long as needed for accounting, disputes and fraud prevention. Delivered account details and chats may be kept so problems with an order can be checked later.
Security
Passwords are hashed, account login details stored for delivery are encrypted, and the site is served over HTTPS. No system is perfect, so please use a strong, unique password and keep it private.
Your choices
- You can update your name and password in your dashboard settings.
- You can ask us for a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by emailing accstermarket@gmail.com. Some records (such as completed orders and payments) may need to be kept for legal or fraud-prevention reasons.
- You can disconnect Google Sign-In at any time from your Google account permissions.
Children
Accster is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Important changes will be announced on the site.
