1. Ownership & Access

The buyer becomes the legal and operational owner of the account, with complete administrative access and decision-making power. Accster International LLC will not retain control or access once the handover is completed.

3. Guarantees
Accster International LLC provides a Lifetime Account Guarantee that protects you from platform-related technical failures not caused by user error. Our 180-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund Policy allows you to request a full refund if you're not satisfied, for any reason, within 180 days of your purchase. 4. User Responsibilities
Once the account is transferred, the buyer is fully responsible for maintaining the account’s standing with the platform. Accster International LLC is not liable for account actions taken after transfer, including user behavior that may lead to suspension or demonetization. Buyers agree not to resell or redistribute accounts acquired from Accster International LLC without prior written consent.
5. Platform Compliance
Accster International LLC is an independent provider and is not affiliated with TikTok, YouTube, Meta, or any other digital platform. We do not guarantee future changes in platform policies, partner eligibility requirements, or monetization programs. Buyers are encouraged to stay informed on relevant updates directly from the platforms.
6. Refunds & Replacements
All refund requests must be made in writing and submitted within 180 calendar days of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with the account quality, growth rate, or platform access, we will issue a full refund. Replacements are available in cases of verified technical failures, such as: Unexpected platform bans, Sudden revocation of monetization, Broken eligibility for TikTok Shop or YouTube Partner Program due to platform changes. Replacements are processed within 5 business days of approval.
7. Privacy & Data
All client data is handled with industry-standard encryption and used only for account verification, ownership transfer, and legal compliance. We do not sell, share, or distribute your data under any circumstance. Personal information is stored securely and deleted upon request after the transfer process is complete.
8. Liability Limitations
Accster International LLC is not responsible for indirect damages, business losses, or revenue disruptions resulting from account use. We do not control how platforms treat accounts after transfer and cannot guarantee perpetual monetization access. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the account and any agreed refund or replacement terms.
